And just like my kink with leopard print, there are other parts of us that extend back into past lives. And this is the thing about alignment. It’s not just wishful thinking and believing — although those are important parts of the method of magnetising. We need to look much deeper than what’s happening on the surface level if we’re going to start to consciously weild our attraction.

For one, reality can be considered a mirror of our internal state. And the mirror is only ever reflecting one of 3 things to us:

🪞Our internal state,
🪞Where we still hold judgment, or
🪞Where we have lost or given away our power to others and are now given the opportunity to reclaim lost or forgotten parts of ourselves.

So if we’re experiencing things in the outside world that don’t reflect what we want to be feeling on our journey, we need to look within to see what the outside reflection is trying to reveal to us.

Say for instance you are running a current pattern of attracting people who are telling you your rates are too expensive and they’re not seeing the worth you offer through your work: there’s no amount of explaining that will help them understand if YOU haven’t realised your own worth and value.

For me, it was only when I started to see my value and worth and began to treat myself accordingly that reality began to match me through elevated material abundance and opportunities.

And you can think of the reflection the outer world shows us to work like this: If you’re looking in a mirror and putting your make up on and you smudge your eyeliner — you can see the reflection in the mirror. But you can rub the spot in the mirror where you see the smudge for all of eternity and it won’t change. You need to fix it on yourself first and then the reflection will change.

It’s the same with breaking the patterns for attraction. Do the inner work and outside will reflect the change.

MAKE MOO DENG YOUR MARKETING SPIRIT ANIMAL! I don’t know about you, but with all the hormonal issues I’ve been having lately at 45, I’ve been feeling like a baby hippo — and it’s made me feel like shying away from being visible on social media.

But then along came Moo Deng, the adorable baby hippo recently born at a Thai zoo. With all her padding and extra rolls, the internet just can’t get enough of her! It shows that confidence is what’s truly magnetic and attractive.

Imagine if Moo Deng was self-conscious about her weight, shaming herself for not being a lithe little Thai deer, and hiding away from the world. It just wouldn’t happen!

Animals embody radical self-acceptance and embrace themselves exactly as they are.

And they are still loved despite being a bit vicious and toxic (I say this looking at my cat who sounds like a gremlin every time another cat comes near me).

We however, have egos to soothe and insecurities to navigate.

And so, this post is a reminder to encourage self-acceptance, to embrace our ‘extra’ in all its forms, and to put ourselves out there, even if you haven’t felt completely comfortable in your body lately (like me).

I know, I know… I’ve been quiet. Many of you h

I know, I know… I’ve been quiet. Many of you have been sending me messages asking what I’ve been up to and when I’ll start posting again.

Who starts a new account and then falls off the planet for a year?! Well, me, that’s who. 😂 I got so inspired and had such a big activation around my work that I decided I needed to pull back and get clear on where I wanted to take things.

I’ve also been leaning into deep self-care as I navigate perimenopause. Juggling a big business endeavour while managing insomnia and exhaustion, plus travelling around Bali, has been quite a ride. After six months on the go, I came back to Cape Town to rest and regroup.

Honestly, it still feels like I’m dragging an anchor, and I’m in the process of booking appointments with integrative medicine doctors to help with my hormonal woes.

But here’s the cool part: I’ve been flowing with Jupiter in Gemini in my 8th house, diving deep into knowledge, courses, and a business mentorship. I’ve been working hard on levelling up my marketing and creating some awesome new resources for you — including a fresh new website!

I’ve got a batch of content prepped and ready to go, but I’m still working through courses and projects. So, it may roll out a bit slower over the next few months, but trust me — it’s all in the works. Expect super fun, insightful content coming your way, especially around magnetism, marketing, content creation, and the magic of astrology for marketing.

The future is bright, and so is our creative marketing potential! 💫✨

Are the choices you’re making today a reflection

Are the choices you’re making today a reflection of where you want to be? Are the choices you’re making today leading you toward what you want for yourself in the long run? If not, then you’re out of your conscious creatorship.

We live in a time and culture of instant gratification and where it’s all too easy to get stuck in complacency and just getting through each day on autopilot, going through the motions. Day after day. And before we know it weeks, months or years could have past. And life is passing you by.

I know summoning the energy to make the changes can feel overwhelming, I have just gone through the process of clawing myself out of my own rut and stagnation. But if you don’t begin to take action and commit to your choices and decisions, you could find yourself in the same position years down the line.

And it all boils down to this: what choice did you make today — and back up with some action — that is taking you one step closer to the life you dream of for yourself?

And if you didn’t take any action or make any choice, why not? What is stopping you? I’m not trying to push you around with this question. I want to make you aware of the stories you tell yourself about why it’s not possible to have what you want.

How are you self-sabotaging? How are you lying to yourself? Are you even aware that you’re deceiving yourself? What blind spots could you have? What unconscious behaviour needs to be made conscious to help you break your cycle that you’re in now?

Because one of the big secrets to magnetising everything you want in life is that we see what we believe, not the other way around.

Change your beliefs, and you’re taking the first step to pulling in everything that you want.

How do the beliefs you have about your most ludicrous dreams for yourself and your life serve you?

Last year my word of the year was consistency. This year, I’m bringing consistency with but adding audacity.

Because all we need to pull in the experiences we dream of is the audacity to believe they can be ours.

Sometimes we can work our butts off on a post for hours and it gets crickets. Other times, we can just throw something together just to get something out and weeks later it can just pop off and do really well. If you’re new to content marketing and social media, remember this: just because you don’t see a great response to your posts on the day you post it, doesn’t mean it’s never going to do well.

Maybe you’re just way ahead of your time and it’s going to take a bit for everyone else to catch up and appreciate your work… just like my main squeeze and his “I’m just Ken” song winning an major award! Nobody expected that…. Not even him.

Another thing: I bet he was just having the best time making that song because he wasn’t trying to win an award. And it’s because there was fun involved that he did such a great job performing and making it into something worthy of the award if all awards!
